Johnson & Johnson Announces Plans to Separate Consumer Health Business
On November 12, 2021, Johnson & Johnson announced its intent to separate the Company’s Consumer Health business, creating two new market-leading companies. Following the planned separation, our Pharmaceutical and MedTech businesses would continue to operate as Johnson & Johnson. The announcement can be found here.
As part of preparatory steps, we are moving into a period of separating contracts, where necessary, for our supplier partners to effectively continue to do business with the two planned new companies. As always, we value your partnership, and we look forward to these conversations.
